Job Details

The primary responsibility of this role is the recruitment of new panelists to specified demographic criteria (to maintain the consumer panel base) and the training of panelists both at the recruitment stage and through revisits. This role also provides administrative support to the Field Team.

WHAT\'D YOU DO:

1. Panel Recruitment:

  • Recruitment of panelists on an on-going basis to quota set by the Field Supervisor/Manager and follows recruitment procedure at all time.
  • Training of new panelists on how to scan purchase submission through Apps, correct purchase declaration and requirements of weekly purchase scan submission including explaining the incentive scheme
  • Ensures quality panelists are recruited onto the panel thus ensuring an efficient panelist (pre live) conversion rate and a high continuity rate.
  • Follow up call of new panelists to ensure maximum panel compliance and retention
  • To ensure target samples achieved.
2. Panel Revisits
  • Revisits existing panelists, conducting any necessary re-training on purchase declaration
  • During revisits - confirm and update household details.
  • Revisits can be face to face or phone-revisits, depending on the fieldwork planning.
3. Field Team Administration
  • Field work Planning for outstation trips \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. booking of hotels; make appointment with panelists etc
  • Preparation of all materials required for recruitment and revisits
  • Updating panelist database and in-house reporting systems
  • Conduct training on recruitment and revisit process for new field work personnel to ensure they fully understand panel recruitment/revisit procedures.
  • Assist Field Supervisor or Operations Manager to manage external FW agencies and/or part time recruiters to ensure good quality recruitment and recruitment procedures are followed.
  • Assist in conducting fieldwork observations as required by the Field Supervisor or Operations Manager.
WHAT\'D YOU BRING:
  • College or university degree is advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good knowledge in database management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with people of varied backgrounds
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work to targets
  • Willingness to travel outstation
  • Good team player.
