Job Description

1. Involved in company's food safety, quality, environment, safety and health management system implementation.

2. Supervise operation in compliance with food safety and quality standards established.

3. Ensure proper manpower scheduling to fulfil production planning and receiving/ dispatch/ shipment requirement.

4. Submit daily report to superior together with supporting documents on timely basis.

5. Monitor and motivate subordinate performance and develop their skills and knowledge through on-job- training.

6. Ensure all subordinates' understanding and adherence to company's system, rules and regulations.

7. Highlight any issues arise or near miss/ incident/ accident happen to superior immediately and follow up with related parties for timely solution.

8. Ensure raw materials, sub-materials and final products quality meet requirement and standard established.

9. Ensure raw material, sub-material and final product mass balance and traceability as well as stock accuracy.

10. Monitor the daily attendance record of subordinates and provide counselling to subordinates if necessary.

11. Monitor utitlities consumption and maintenance.

12. Ensure all equipment calibrated and in good condition.

13. Monitor waste control arrangement according to procedures in place.

14. Response to any emergency situation related to process trouble, equipment failure, manpower shortage or any incident/ accident.

15. Improve GMP and safety practices at workplace continuously.

16. To undertake any other tasks and jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

17. Control production yield with target to comply with annual standard cost provided.

18. Control processing with target to comply with annual standard cost provided.

19. Assist executive to control and monitor maintenance activities inclusive cost of expensed, spare part inventory and preventive corrective activities of each plant by working closely with maintenance department in order to control the maintenance cost within the budget and minimize process downtime related to equipment breakdown.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
