Responsibilities
1. Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
2. Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
3. Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
4. Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
5. Provide professional services to customers.
