Supervise the production line assigned
Perform mechanical assembly and packing tasks
Plays an active role in the LEAN philosophy/ continuous improvement (CIP)
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Liaise with NPI Project Manager for all packing related issue eg. packing process, drawing, packing schedule and all related issue
Liaise with Process Engineer to develop packing Tree and Work Instruction
Perform modules/ machines set up, test run and trouble shooting
Plan and execute to meet packing schedule
Supervising the production line and ensure all Technician/ Operator packing according to work instructions/ requirements
Ensure control charts and checklists are properly filled out at the required intervals
Supporting the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the Superior/ Management
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
Good in communication skill, fluent in English and Malay (both written and spoken)
Good analytical skills with an ability to identify and solve problems
