To ensure proper updating of movements of machinery and equipment and to generate monthly reports.
To coordinate the requisitions of machinery and equipment from the various project sites.
To ensure prompt issuance of Delivery Orders (DO) for machinery and equipment rentals to the respective project sites.
To manage the movement of manpower (Operators & Drivers), including attendance and replacement of Operators/Drivers.
To ensure machinery/operator job card submission/given on time.
To ensure proper application and usage of the machinery and equipment.
To ensure proper daily maintenance (greasing, cleaning, etc.) of the machinery and equipment, and to ensure that the Operators/Drivers are always in compliance with the Company's SOPs.
To coordinate the movement of machinery and equipment from one project site to another.
To attend and coordinate with the project sites regarding machinery and equipment matters.
To be responsible for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, as well as the provision of safe and healthy workplaces and activities through ensuring the implementation of all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company's Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health (QESH) Management System.
To participate in the identification of hazards and to assess risks and opportunities and to determine actions to eliminate hazards and to reduce environmental, safety and health risks.
To ensure all employees always use Personal Protective Equipment(s) (PPES) when working at site.
To constantly find new, innovative and economical ways to stay green, environmental and sustainable.
To perform all duties as assigned from time to time by the superior.
