Responsible for overseeing daily production activities.
Responsible to ensure production run smoothly and efficient.
To manage a group of operators for daily production activities.
To coordinate with others department and ensure that production target, quality standards and safety regulation are met.
Ensure good housekeeping, proper formers handling and storage at all related areas for safety working condition.
To perform any other task as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any related areas.
More than 2 years progressive experiences in glove manufacturing preferably in supervisory role.
Strong people management and interpersonal skills at all level.
Good integrity, networking, committed, independent, time management & problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in MS Word i.e MS Excel, Powerpoint and others.
Good command in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work in Ipoh, Perak.
