Job Summary

The Quality Assistant Supervisor assists in supervising and coordinating quality control and quality assurance activities. Work closely with the Quality Supervisor or Manager to ensure that products or services meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in conducting inspections and audits of products, processes, or services to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Help in the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits. Oversee the organization and maintenance of quality-related documents, records, and reports. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to analyze quality data and identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key quality metrics and findings. Assist in the identification and documentation of non-conforming products, processes, or services. Participate in the resolution of non-conformance issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Participate in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing product or service quality and efficiency. Assist in the implementation of process improvements and best practices. Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement. Provide regular updates and reports to the Quality Supervisor or Manager.Comply with ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015, ISO 45001 : 2018, ISO 22301 : 2019, ISO 13485 :2016.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or relevant certification in quality assurance is a plus. 1 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role. Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). Excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with quality testing equipment and methods. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
