The right person should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales supervision, good leadership skills, and basic knowledge of hardware products. Your main tasks will be to manage daily sales and build good relationships with customers. If you enjoy leading a team and have a passion for the hardware business, we'd love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
Assist in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Support the Supervisor in managing daily operations of the sales department.
Provide on-the-job guidance, coaching, and basic training to sales staff.
Monitor product displays, shelf cleanliness, and stock availability to ensure proper presentation.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve minor issues promptly.
Review and update daily sales records, and prepare simple reports for management.
Assist in planning and executing sales promotions or marketing activities.
Ensure all team members follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory sales role.
Prior experience in retail management is an added advantage.
Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
