To oversee 2 outlets : Sunway Pyramid & Aeon Mall Shah Alam. To assist in upholding operational standards for all outlet as per SOP To contribute, plan and manage hiring / staffing requirements for the outlet To do structured outlet visitation as per company's requirements and needs To provide training and development needs for the outlet staff - new hire, new product launch, refresher training To assist in monitoring and provide support on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of sales building activities by the outlet staff To carryout outlet inspection to maintain high operational standards as required - audit To monitor outlet compliance on opening, closing and cleanliness - utilizing checklist To prepare weekly schedule for outlet under his/her supervision Maintain a high level of service and quality working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Prepares outlet for service - top up condiments and other preparatory tasks Be knowledgeable of the gelato and beverage menus Safe handling and serving gelato and beverages at all times To present outlet promotions and give good recommendations To attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally To present bills to customers, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to customers To ensure cleanliness of the outlet at all times To make sure all garbage are thrown away before closing of the outlet Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned To demonstrate a strong sales acumen to lead and motivate team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service
