Conducting training and orientation sessions for new employees. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation. Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations to the supervisor. Maintaining records and reports related to team performance, expenses, and inventory. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner. Participating in the hiring and evaluation of team members. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
