Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION



1. Indentify and develop competitive local suppliers to support direct and indirect materials.

2. Manage RFQ processes, price negotiation, and supplier nomination to meet project cost and delivery targets.

3. Conduct cost structure analysis and market benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and cost saving.

4. Act as the main liaison between suppliers and internal departments to align on technical and quality requirements.

5. Lead cost-saving initiatives such as value engineering, local substitution and process optimization.

6. Perform supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure stable supply continuity.

7. Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts and supplier records for audit and compliance.

Skills:-



Strong organizational and documentation skills. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with good record keeping ability. Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/Inventory Systems)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
