Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the company\'s overall supply chain strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity (purchasing, inventory planning, and customer service).
- Plan, develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Actively participate in process improvements
- Determine key supply chain KPIs for all supply chain operations
- Lead a team to ensure maximum productivity and achieve high performance standards
- Prepare budget planning and cost monitoring for the department
- Conduct data analysis for inventory management and planning.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Applicant must possess Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 6-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants with experience in Medical Devices will have an added advantage
- Team player who can lead, manage, train, and motivate subordinates to achieve high-performance operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the candidate must have experience in communicating with Business Users and technical development staff.
- Applicant with SAP system is an added advantage.
