Responsible for overseeing and managing the company\'s overall supply chain strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity (purchasing, inventory planning, and customer service).
Plan, develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy
Actively participate in process improvements
Determine key supply chain KPIs for all supply chain operations
Lead a team to ensure maximum productivity and achieve high performance standards
Prepare budget planning and cost monitoring for the department
Conduct data analysis for inventory management and planning.
Demonstrate outstanding communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must possess Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
At least 6-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants with experience in Medical Devices will have an added advantage
Team player who can lead, manage, train, and motivate subordinates to achieve high-performance operations
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the candidate must have experience in communicating with Business Users and technical development staff.
Applicant with SAP system is an added advantage.
