Job Description

Assist Team Lead ( Senior System Engineer ) Report and actively update supervisor on project/work progress (team) Assist to manage and operate state office and report to head office for any update Assist to manage project Assist to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools Prepare installation/service report as required by of Project Manager Assist to prepare network design Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems & infrastructure availability Assist to monitor or and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with distributor/principal to implement those fixes Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies Write and maintain configurations/report to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks Participate in the design of information and operational support systems Provide 2nd and 3rd level support Liaise with vendors & other IT personnel for problem resolution Prepare installation or service reports

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
