Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging and interactive lesson plans. Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. Help prepare materials and set up activities for daily lessons. Supervise and ensure the safety of children during activities, meals, and recess. Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all students. Communicate effectively with parents and staff members. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred). Loves working with young children. Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
