About the Role

We are seeking a

dynamic and driven Assistant Team Leader (Brand Mentor)

to play a key role in building and leading our high-performing sales & marketing team. You will be responsible for

recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring Brand Officers

, while driving sales growth and executing impactful marketing strategies.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about leadership, people development, and delivering results through teamwork and innovative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit & Grow Your Team

- Identify, onboard, and mentor new Brand Officers.

Train & Inspire

- Conduct engaging sales, product, and personal branding training sessions.

Lead & Motivate

- Drive team spirit, set performance targets, and celebrate wins.

Execute Sales Plans

- Translate marketing strategies into measurable sales results.

Leverage Social Media

- Utilize platforms to generate leads and expand reach with zero ad cost.

Track & Improve

- Monitor performance data, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year leadership experience

(sales, marketing, or team management). Fluent in

English & Malay

(both written and spoken). Age

below 40

. Strong communication, coaching, and team management skills. Familiarity with social media marketing is an advantage. Must own a

laptop/PC

for work-related tasks.
