Technical Support Engineer (Based in One City, USJ Subang Jaya, Selangor)Requirements:
Possess a recognized Degree or Diploma qualifications (or equivalent) in Electronics, Software Engineering or IT Networking field
1 - 2 years working experience. (Junior)
Experience in broadcasting, IT, or AV markets will be added advantage.
Good knowledge and experience in IT networking and related IP system
Analytical and problem-solving skills
A team player, possess positive working attitude
Good command of spoken and written English
Understand IP technology, software application concept and IP network infrastructureare added advantage.
Possess own transportation
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status

Responsibilities:
System software configuration & implementation
Technical support, maintenance, troubleshoot and problem-solving
To provide training, demonstration and presentation to new or existing customers.
Periodic regional travel in Malaysia and South East Asia is necessary.
