Job Objective
To conduct play-based early intervention sessions according to each child's Individualized Education Plan (IEP), while assisting in operations, reporting, parent communication, and unit promotional activities.
1.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct EIP classes and activities following the NurichOTR syllabus.
Implement fine motor, gross motor, communication, and social skill activities.
Prepare daily session reports and assist with monthly progress reports.
Set up therapy rooms, prepare materials, and maintain cleanliness of activity areas.
Communicate politely and professionally with parents after each session.
Assist in events, activity recordings, and EIP promotional efforts.
Comply with NurichOTR's SOPs and work ethics.

Work attendance ? 95%.
100% of daily reports completed and submitted on time.
No SOP violations or client complaints.
Parent satisfaction score ? 4/5.
Attendance in meetings and training ? 90%.
