Responsible for daily office management, including maintaining and updating office environments and equipment such as electrical systems, phone systems, computers, printers, etc., ensuring their proper functioning.
Manage the daily schedule of the General Manager, as well as receiving, forwarding, and filing documents, letters, and communications.
Organize and plan meetings, collect and communicate internal and external information within the company.
Handle client visits and coordinate communication with suppliers. Able to quickly analyze situations, propose solutions, and take action to resolve issues when faced with challenges.
Complete administrative tasks as required by leadership.
Technical skills: Proficient in using various office software and communication tools to enhance work efficiency.
