Assistant To Logistics Manager (mandarin Speaker)

Job Description
- Must be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with China stakeholders, Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, and English is a plus.
- Diploma, degree holders or above, fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as an assistant in related industry is a plus.
- Must possess driving license as may need to travel for work.
- Familiar with MS Office and Data Analysis.
- Willing to work 6 Days/Week
- To assist and follow Area Manager in monitoring Service Points across designated area.
- Analyze operation information and data.
- Responsible for the translation of important documents and meetings.
- Prepare reports as and when needed.
- To liaise and coordinate with external parties.
- Other issues requiring cross departmental communication.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Area Manager.
