Requirements

  • Fresh graduates from Diploma or Degree related field of Tourism and Hospitality are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in tour operation services will be added advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations and travel regulations
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
  • Excellent Organization and Multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tour packages, itineraries and travel plans
  • Handle bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, transportation and activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers including hotels, airlines and local tour operators
  • Ensure all travel arrangements and services meet the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information about tour options.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issue promptly and effectively
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations and destination knowledge
