Company Description COYS Affluence is a Business Consultancy Firm and Solutions Provider that offers support services to Multi-National Companies\' (MNCs) Learning and Development needs. Our specialized team functions as the External Learning Administrator managing 12,000-strong workforce in Malaysia every year and providing regular support to international clients. We aim to offer customized programs to upskill and enhance the local workforce\'s productivity while working with certification bodies to add value to our local manpower and drive the national agenda to reduce the dependence on foreign workers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Assistant Trainer role located in Shah Alam. As an Assistant Trainer, you will assist the Learning and Development (L&D) team in designing and delivering customized training programs to meet the clients\' needs. Your responsibilities include providing support in training and development programs, assisting in the creation of new learning materials, and coordinating training schedules. You will work closely with L&D Specialists, Trainers, and other relevant departments in the organization to ensure that the programs offered are effective and beneficial to the learners. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in any related fields. Experience in training, learning, and development roles would be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships. Able to work independently as well as in a team setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience in managing training logistics, administration, and evaluation processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Certification in training and development courses would be an added advantage.
