Responsibilities:
To be responsible for overall Training Team activities.
To manage overall Training Team KPI(s) and corporate KPI(s).
Develop and plan the learning & development calendar and activities aligned with the company's business priorities, operation needs and training gaps.
To review, modify & update the training materials, manuals, qualification method and materials on all training subjects.
Conduct internal training / workshops.
Periodically audit the training process, incorporate feedback and make revisions.
To continually search for improvements in the process of training and certification of workers.
