Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Help to maintain the financial soundness of the theme park by tracking the daily income and expenditures.
- Report to the accounting manager or treasurer and are responsible for reporting all cash transactions.
- Document all cash transactions for each day.
- Maintaining financial records, cash logs, and spreadsheets.
- Preparing and communicating daily banking activity reports.
- Assisting with the physical counting of cash.
- Assist with the counting of cash and the reporting of daily cash transactions.
Requirements:
- Any experience working as a treasury assistant is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail
- Diploma or equivalent in accounting, business, or finance field
- Proficient with bookkeeping and accounting software
Please note that all employees who join MUST have booster vaccination (3 vaccines total)
Selected candidates who will be joining the company need to have valid booster vaccination certificate.
