Overseeing the entire rewards programme including design, implementation and ongoing engagement
Vendor and fulfilment management on Member Rewards - including RFP process when sourcing new vendors or renewing contracts and ensure vendor contract, pricing and service level (SLA) align with the requirements
Led strategic partnership with airline, hotel and merchant partners including onboarding, contract renewal, campaign management to drive business growth
Analyze redemption trends and evaluated cost per point metrics to enhance catalogue effectiveness and align product offerings with customer preferences
Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders - support teams, partners on all matters relating to Member Rewards redemption to address issues and enhancement for better customer experience
Develop and implement campaigns on customer awareness on the value of their points earned to increase redemption rate and card spend
Participate and facilitate in Member Rewards related projects to optimise the rewards programme effectiveness in attracting and retaining customer
Explore new ways/items/channels for customers to burn points
Oversee the governance of overall Member Rewards Programme (internal and external) - Fulfilment SLA, Catalogue Creation, Payment and Redemption Report and Analysis
