Work with partners to cross sell other banking product via Digital Channel Keeps abreast of the Malaysia consumer banking landscape in order to be able to take actions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats Support Digital Product Head to achieve overall business objectives on Digitalization of Consumer Products Business Performance and Management Drives P&L growth, customer portfolio growth for Consumer Banking by introducing new product Collaboration with partners drive products cross selling Oversees the development and implementation of new products and marketing communications and campaigns to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved Championscollaboration with other departments to drive returns for the CIMB Group Oversees product end-to-end product cycle (product, compliance, risk, collection, fraud, legal, finance, operation, system, etc) and collaborate with other stakeholders to mitigate potential gaps, and resolve matters raised Role model and drive activities to encourage and build desired organisational culture, values and reputation in the Group markets and with all staff, customers and regulatory/official bodies Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
