Strategize, develop and effectively execute marketing communication initiatives to drive Consumer Marketing strategic business KPIs, aligning it to overarching CIMB Bank objectives, business strategies and KPIs while staying true to CIMB Group Brand corporate identity
Lead and manage the project teams to ensure stakeholders are on-board and timelines are kept to, to deliver impact to market
Conceptualise effective segment marketing strategies by identifying driving insightful consumer proposition and deploying the outreach program based data and an expert understanding of media consumption and its data metrics
Facilitate clear marketing communication briefs and ensure deliverables are met to and from all stakeholders including management and business units, creative and media partners, PR partners and other third party vendors
Seek to understand and deliver the marketing support that front liners need, working closely with business and sales distribution team
Monitor and improve project performances. Draw out key learnings for application to immediate initiatives thereafter with periodic sharing of results with stakeholders
