Coverage varies by country.Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.The Analyst under Client Desk Team is a subsidiary relationship manager that manages 60-80 groups of client within Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) department.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99re expected:Solicit quality new-to-bank corporate clients to generate business opportunities across lending, treasury, trade and cash management product.Responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition from identifying prospects, delivering customized financial service solutions to availment of facilities.Serves as clients\' contact point and is responsible for managing internal departments to address any customer service issues;Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio;Works with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 individual needs;Works closely with Case Manager on the on-boarding and retention of clients, ensuring the appropriate \xe2\x80\x9cKnow Your Client\xe2\x80\x9d (KYC) and other compliance deliverables are met;Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet;Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further developing our business where necessary and appropriateMaximizes client experience by proactive sharing markets updates, trend and intelligence;Networks with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunitiesPrepares /oversees new transaction submissions & annual reviews for the submission to the in-business credit lending management and independent risk departmentActively protects Citi\xe2\x80\x99s assets and reputation by being the first line of defense from credit risk management perspectiveEnsures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi\'s policies / guidelines at all timesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.As a successful candidate, you\xe2\x80\x99d ideally have the following skills and exposure:3-5 years of relevant banking experienceConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationDemonstrated planning and organizational skillsMandarin language proficiency will be an added advantageEducation:Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
