Assistant Warehouse Manager.
Our client, an established SG based manufacturer in the precision components industry. We are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join the team. In this role, you\'re expected to manage the overall inbound and outbound activities of the warehouse operation.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Precision Components)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru
s:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operation, which including all inbound and outbound activities, inventory, transportation and documentation.
- Ensure compliance of LMW and import/export requirement, and timely update new legislation as per local authority\'s requirement.
- Ensure safeguard of warehouse dept and establish security procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy in the system vs physical inventory, monitor cycle counts and reconciliation activity.
- Responsible for maintaining/upgrading warehouse layout design, space allocation, equipment, maintenance and repair works.
- Accountable for effective 5S practices and safety policies in warehouse dept.
- Min. 5years of relevant working experience in logistics/warehouse function, preferably from manufacturing industry or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required language(s): English
- Knowledge of DG storage is a plus.
- Candidates in Senior Executive or Assistant Manager roles are welcome to apply.
