Job Description

Responsibility



Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse over-all operations to ensure efficiency and economical utilization of storage facilities and equipments. Maintain timely and accurate inventory records through work discipline, cycle audits and stock take. Maintain receiving, storage and issuing / delivery operations by coordination and enforcement. To formulate, implement and maintain operational policies and procedures for warehouse activities. To identify, recommend and implement process improvement opportunities and cost saving initiatives. Maintain warehouse staff by daily meeting, training, counseling and disciplining. To plan and implement new design layouts as per when situation requires. To plan and recommend security features required to maintain integrity in warehouse. To ensure safe workplace and safety practices maintained at all times. Computer proficiency in using data reporting system (ERP/ORACLE system).
Requirement:-

Computer literacy - especially in ERP / Oracle system At least have Diploma in management course Working experience in warehouse for more than 3 years Experience in forklift handling Proficient in Malay & English (spoken & written) Allowance : Performance, Attendance & Safety
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
