Supervision and Coordination:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and company policies. Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods. In-charge for monthly material stock count. Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and initiate replenishment orders. Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and implement strategies for optimization.

Safety and Compliance:

Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by addressing hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and training for warehouse staff. Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Operations and Logistics:

Assist with planning and executing warehouse operational strategies. Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Performance Management:

Evaluate and improve warehouse team performance, providing feedback and coaching to individual employees. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitor and report on key warehouse performance metrics.

Requirements:

Diploma/degree with min 3 yrs experience in warehouse & logistic department. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to supervise and motivate a team. Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems. Experience with warehouse safety regulations and procedures. Computer proficiency in using data reporting system (ERP/ORACLE system).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
