Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for general items, office supplies, and operational
needs.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for all admin-related purchases and
records.
Oversee general office operations, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and a conducive
work environment at all times.
Ensure foreign worker hostels comply with government requirements and company
standards.
Conduct monthly spot checks at hostels and workers' lockers to ensure safety,
cleanliness, and compliance with rules.
Accompany/send foreign workers to hospital/clinic in case of serious illness,
accidents, or emergencies.
Liaise with relevant authorities on hostel and safety compliance matters.
Ensure factory and office cleanliness, tidiness, and safety at all times.
Oversee maintenance of office facilities, furniture, and equipment.
Ensure safety and health compliance, including first aid readiness and emergency
preparedness.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Update/key new staff information/prepare offer letters
Update/key-in staff overtime and leave form
Arrange new staff documentation
Update training into individual training record
Observe/access training by others Head of Department
Apply training grant from HRDF
