KPMG's IT Services Administration Assistant/Officer is responsible in handling administrative tasks, provides IT and Helpdesk administrative support for the departments.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in compiling periodic reports
- Organising, maintaining, handling, and filing all related documentation and correspondence
- Assisting and attending to all incoming support calls for the department
- Handling stationery requisition, printing, binding, and general logistics support
- Handling IT asset management, billings and invoicing related
- Assisting in providing first line technical support to users
- Those with IT knowledge and experience in handling PC is added advantage
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
- Skilled in document management and technical support.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
