Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Language requirement: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Proven experience in operations management within the food production industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP guidelines).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and efficient coordination

• Oversee inventory and supplier relationships to maintain quality and minimize waste

• Monitor production costs and assist with budgeting to enhance profitability

• Implement staff training on production techniques, safety, and quality standards

• Integrate technology upgrades to improve efficiency and tracking

• Ensure compliance with regulations, food safety, and health standards

• Lead sustainability efforts for waste reduction and energy efficiency

• Oversee daily operations and quality control, ensuring goals are met

• Manage staff performance and development through training and evaluations

• Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management
