GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
The CSR Manager (People Sustainability) will support Ansell\xe2\x80\x99s CSR initiatives, to build and manage our global People Sustainability program (i.e. ILO labor standards, human rights, modern slavery etc). We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a qualified manager who can lead and support Ansell in achieving its sustainability goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate and support the local HR teams, production and supply chain team and other internal stakeholders, guiding and ensuring Ansell is fully compliance with labor standards for all categories of labor at Ansell plants as well as external vendors / suppliers.
  • Responsible for the supplier group\xe2\x80\x99s compliance, (e.g., labor agents) to enhance their awareness, supporting in improving their policies and processes, follow-up and reporting their KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to relevant internal parties.
  • Support the development of value-added businesses offerings, leveraging sustainability as a business opportunity.

• Leading and Reporting

• Data Governance & Project Management
  • Responsible to manage the reporting systems to add efficiency and effectiveness to the tracking of Ansell\xe2\x80\x99s CSR KPIs continuity along with adopt and initiate a seamless approach of reporting supplier \xe2\x80\x98s KPIs.
  • Support to plan and conduct periodic pre-assessment for Ansell\xe2\x80\x99s plant internally and supply chain (e.g. labor agents) before annual audit plan or as and when required.

• 
  Strategic Analysis & Project Management
  • Support to lead projects, create dashboards/tools, present internally for approval or continuous improvement and escalate risks when required.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in driving the people aspects of CSR regionally/globally.
• With the ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders across the different business units.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations in aspect of CSR programs and initiatives.
• Experience in utilizing and navigating audit tools and platform (e.g. SEDEX).
• Experience in developing CSR related content virtually, understanding legal aspect would be add advantage.
• Experience using Smartsheet, Power BI or other dashboards with strong knowledge in problem solving and data analytics to provide seamless reporting to various stakeholder.
