Job Description
DescriptionPrimary Objective:To position SME Banking as the preferred SME financing provider through collaborating with SME Lending Solutions, Analytics, product owners, in developing financing solutions for Sales teams to increase SME Banking market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- To jointly engage with Business and Trade associations, Government agencies and Business communities to develop customized business programs, events and seminars
- To work together with Squad members of SME Lending Solutions and Analytics and other Squads within SME Banking to develop solutions in driving business initiatives
- To collaborate and strategize with product owners to identify lending opportunities in ESG, Retail SME, Middle Market, Halal Food sectors
- To assist in training and briefings to Business Units / Sales teams, on new products or programs and aforementioned growth sectors
- To track and report on performance and productivity of the team including but not limited to ESG and Middle Market performance
- To engage in dialogue sessions with internal customers & members of associations in relation to SME Banking business initiatives
- To assist in proactively driving existing and new initiatives / programs approved by Management
Bachelor Degree - any related field.1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Resourceful in using the right tools and data collection
- Good understanding of SME lending products
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good written communication skills
- Well versed in PowerPoint and Excel skills
