General Summary of Position
This position will provide internal sales approach directly to the field Sales team to increase sales efficiency and drive sales growth by managing a portfolio of accounts, inbound and outbound qualification and prospecting, sales leads detection.
There are 3 main areas:
1. Collaborate with field sales to support account management of a dedicated portfolio of distributors
2. Campaign execution: web leads management, Sales and Marketing campaigns execution
3. Execute direct sales, up and cross sales, prospection, acquisition of new customers and retention of existing accounts

What would your role look like?
Reporting to the Assoc Director, Sales, you will: / You will be:

  • Identify and qualify new lead opportunities generated by Marketing, Website, events and follow-up existing end user business in order to free up field sales reps time for hunting and closing
  • Work closely with sales team to support distributors and customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with field sales team in project spec-in and tender submission.
  • Provide assessment, report and presentation to end customer inquiries.
  • Build effective relationships with segmented customers by maintaining regular contact and have a solid understanding of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 business needs
  • Collaborate with sales manager in build-up distributor inside sales team
  • Identify business news in Southeast Asia and update to the team.
  • Work closely with sales team to identify untap vertical and market.
  • Act as internal CRM specialist and manage the CRM database to ensure customer data accuracy
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to support and execute Marketing/Event campaigns
  • Report Inside Sales activities performance to the Sales department and Regional Sales Director
  • Support commercial team in inventory monitoring & management, managing Excess and Obsolete stock pricing proposal and selling.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in an international customer interfacing position
  • Experience in a Sales function, inside sales/Account Management / Telesales role
  • Languages: English (good oral and written knowledge), any European language is a plus.
  • Experience in engaging in business to business selling support
  • Experience of using business management systems (SAP/CRM)
  • Good use of MS office (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer facing communication Strong and proven Sales/ negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently and with minimal day to day direction within clearly defined goals and objectives
  • Willingness to be flexible with time and adjust to a changing work environment.
