• Proven understanding of the assigned part of the administration and systems, as well as interfaces with related areas, to provide administrative support in handling specific queries, data verification and assisting in information gathering.

Principal Accountabilities

- Perform AP scanning activities handles in Cyberjaya. Managing the vendor invoices to ensure they are accounted for and processed in a timely fashion to avoid risk of misstatements.

- Receiving, sorting, batching, register and scanning paper invoice and e-invoice into ERP system. This include check the invoice compliance and return non-compliance invoice to vendor. Daily control to ensure number of invoice scanned same with invoice received in ERP system.

- Managing the staff claims activities - Concurs such as managing the barcode scan, archiving and storage management

- Process invoices in accordance with standard procedures set out in the standard AP Work Instruction as well as in the agreed-upon country specific guidelines.
