As a

Associate, Accounts Payable,

you will be resolving the daily invoice exceptions activities for the AP invoice exception processes, while ensuring adherence to strong internal controls.

What you will do:

Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of processing PO, Non-PO invoices, freight bills, credit memos. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of processing Employee T&E claims in the T&E platform. Verifies the accuracy of the invoices to ensure that they have been properly code and the appropriate approvals have been received in compliance with policies. Investigates vendor aging statements, dunning letters and effective communication with country, vendors when necessary to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Participates in accounting closing or Month End Close (MEC) and special projects as required by the AP Supervisor/Manager. Supports AP Supervisor/Manager with audit requests. Ensures company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to processing of invoices. Communicates all activities to the AP Supervisor/Manager and escalate important issues when appropriate. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Creates and produces basic performance reporting and analytics. Controls, Compliance & Risk: Recognizes importance of strong internal control and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct. Manages A/P KPIs and ensures the compliance of the SLAs. Maintains and compliance with A/P approval metric.

What you will bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts Payable, open to fresh graduates. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (this role requires to support China) Knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
