KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the design and deployment of data-driven solutions and BI tools to strengthen strategic planning, performance tracking, and decision-making. Partner with Management Units to collect, validate, and analyze data for accurate costing and financial feasibility of projects, programs, and activities. Utilize BI technologies to deliver timely, accurate, and reliable financial and operational reports. Contribute to budget planning by gathering and analyzing data for forecasts and financial projections. Prepare procurement reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses. Monitor budget utilization and spending trends, highlighting potential risks and opportunities. Ensure financial records and documentation comply with audit and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with departments to clarify needs, coordinate projects, and track progress effectively. Maintain and enhance reporting templates, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources. Engage stakeholders proactively to anticipate requirements and deliver practical, effective solutions. Drive continuous process improvement, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely service delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computing, IT, or a related field; or a professional qualification in a relevant discipline. Diploma holders with at least three (3) years of relevant data analytics experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with a relevant Bachelor's degree will also be considered. Additional qualifications in Accounting or a business-related field are an added advantage. Proficiency in BI and technology tools such as Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Python, or similar is highly desirable.
