Key Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, and deployment of data-driven solutions and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance strategic planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making. Collaborate with Management Units to collect, validate, and analyze data for accurate project costing and financial feasibility assessments. Leverage BI technologies to produce timely, accurate, and reliable financial and operational reports. Assist in budget planning by gathering and analyzing data to support financial forecasts and projections. Prepare procurement reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses to aid management reviews. Monitor budget utilization and spending patterns, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Ensure all financial documentation and records comply with audit standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with departments to clarify requirements, coordinate project activities, and track progress efficiently. Maintain and improve reporting templates, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials. Engage proactively with stakeholders to anticipate needs and provide practical, data-driven solutions. Promote continuous process improvement, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computing, Information Technology, or a related field; or a professional qualification in a relevant discipline. Diploma holders with at least three (3) years of relevant experience in data analytics are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates with a relevant Bachelor's degree are also welcome to apply. Additional qualifications in Accounting or a business-related field will be an added advantage. Strong proficiency in BI and technology tools such as Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Python, or equivalent platforms is highly desirable.
