Responsibilities : Ensuring delivery of sales and profitability set by the company for all the portfolio assigned by the company. Accelerate growth from existing and new businesses to achieve sales and profitability objectives of the brands to meet Company\'s objectives Identify and develop areas of business opportunity through existing, new product developments and/or new business after evaluating business feasibility to the Company. Maintain healthy inventory holding for each business unit by working closely with Regional General managers and National Channel Manager (Key Account) on inventory planning, stock supply and accurate forecasting to minimize sales lost opportunity. Monitor and evaluate A&P funds against A&P objectives to ensure spending is in-line with the approved budgets. Provide periodical advise and guidance to Principals and own team on market dynamics and changes in business landscape for them to plan their marketing plans or New Product Development accordingly. Maintain close and effective working relationships with Principals, General Managers and Sales teams to achieve the set goals. Recommend alternative plans to Principal to drive the business if the existing plans do not work. Build and develop the right competencies/skills for each staff to facilitate continuous career path for them and to have strong team environment. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from superior from time to time. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent. Candidates should possess minimum 8 years of FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing with 5 years of managerial experience managing principals. Possesses strong MS Office application, strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership and communication skills. Must be willing to be based in HICOM, Glenmarie-Ind Park, Shah Alam
