ASSOCIATE (DISPUTE RESOLUTION)
(Petaling Jaya Branch only)
-Mainly focusing on Sophisticated Commercial & Civil Fraud Litigation, Cross-border Regulatory & Compliance Litigation, Technology, Digital Evidence & AI-related Disputes
-Attending Court - case management, hearing and trial. You should have your own vehicle.
-Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research

DO NOT apply if you don't want to scrutinise the law in respect of those areas relentlessly.

DO NOT apply if you don't want to learn how to examine witnesses skilfully.

DO NOT apply if you don't want to learn about the nuance of civil law.
DO NOT apply if you don't want rigour and independence in your career in law.
DO NOT apply if you don't believe that language - whether Malay or English- is the tool of the profession.

Associate Qualifications and Requirements:
1. At least 1 to 3 years of experience in litigation/dispute resolution.
2. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
3. LLB (at least 2nd upper)
4. CLP and/or the Bar of England and Wales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
