Our opportunity for you:

Senior Assistant/Associate/ Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager, Client Accounting

Key Responsibilities -
  • Responsible for managing trust portfolio of clients including meeting the various deadlines and prompt response to client\'s queries.
  • Record trust transactions and prepare financial statements that comply with trust agreements, regulatory guideline, and accounting principles.
  • Liaison with TOS (Trust Operation Support) for any trust transaction matters.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Attributes & Skills -
  • Independent, self-motivated, and energetic team player.
  • Adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
  • High professional integrity and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with clients.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills to liaise with senior management, peers, and subordinates.
  • Meticulous and multitasking.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • A good team player and able to work with other teams / departments.
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping and IFRS
  • Knowledge of Xero accounting software is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office/ Excel Applications.
  • Knowledge of Xero accounting software preferred.
Relevant Experience -
  • Minimum 1 -5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an audit environment.
Education -
  • Degree / Diploma in Finance and/or Accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • ACCA
