Join our energetic team where you'll get hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solutions--solutions that truly make an impact. This is more than just a support role--it's an opportunity to grow, learn, and shape the way organizations run their IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to lead pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demos, POCs, and project implementations, all while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of solution implementation from design and planning to pilot/UAT and full rollouts.
Analyze customer requirements, recommend improvements, aligning them with business needs.
Provide timely, high-quality technical support while meeting SLA commitments.
Conduct engaging training sessions on our solutions to help customers maximize solution value.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching best practices in the RMM, ITSM, Enterprise Service Management space to continuously improve our practices.
What we are looking for:
Possess good communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in any IT technical support or IT infrastructure implementation.
Solid grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals.
Basic understanding of the IT infrastructure, ITSM framework and experience with ITSM or RMM solutions is a plus.
IT technical certifications, ITIL certification, basic coding skills, SQL queries are all added advantages.
Willingness to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally beyond.
Flexibility to work overtime when major issues or outages arise.
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first attitude and strong team spirit.
Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in both Malay and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
