ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE FINANCE

to be part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, build robust financial models, and perform comprehensive industry and market research. Play an active role in structuring and executing transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic deals. Manage the full deal execution cycle: due diligence, negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and financial modeling. Identify challenges, design work plans, develop hypotheses, synthesize findings, and present actionable recommendations. Oversee activities related to valuations, market dynamics, and preparation of high-quality presentation materials. Contribute to client and business development initiatives by supporting strategic goals.

Qualifications

Master's degree, or at minimum a Bachelor's degree/professional qualification in Finance / Investment / Audit / Banking, or related fields from a reputable institution. Strong academic performance (Second Class Upper or CGPA 3.5 and above) or professional certifications such as CFA/ACCA are advantageous. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Investment Banking, Audit, Private Equity, Consultancy, or related fields (Associate level). Highly motivated, commercially astute, and passionate about delivering innovative, value-driven solutions. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast?paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours to meet business and client needs. Strong integrity and professionalism. Malaysian nationality preferred.
