Associate Creative Director (Copy-based) The Associate Creative Director (Copy-based) develops imaginative creative concepts that align with the needs of their creative brief, demonstrating solid strategic thinking and ideation skills built on relevant insights. They develop and manage the execution of assets, both in-house and freelance. The Associate Creative Director (Copy-based) is part of a senior team that helps define and implement the creative vision and lifts the quality of work across the group. Role Lead the ideation process for assigned briefs and support the Creative Director in supervising the overall quality of creative projects and working hands-on for high-priority projects. Develop coherent and persuasive creative and/or social strategy. Lead the researching, sharing and implementing of the latest developments and trends in their respective area of expertise across the agency. Craft various digital design deliverables such as websites, apps, social media visuals, ads and eDMs. Provide design, copy, social direction and support to the production team. Nurture the development of creative skill sets within the creative and production team. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Account Managers and other creatives. Qualifications A minimum of 8 years of experience in content creation and advertising, preferably within an agency environment. Strong understanding of brand marketing and media communication. Proven track record in developing creative concepts for mobile, digital, and offline media based on strategic insights. Ability to translate data into valuable insights that inform creative decision-making. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey and gain acceptance for creative ideas during the review process. Deep expertise in creative disciplines, with strong conceptual and strategic abilities for ambitious campaigns. Proficiency in mentoring, guiding, and motivating the Creative Team, especially under tight deadlines. Focus on building and leading a high-performing creative team. Strong creative direction skills, vendor management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work within set timelines and budgets. Enthusiasm for exploring new media opportunities and a willingness to experiment. Patience, active listening skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and insights.
