:
- Bilingual support in English and Mandarin, for Mandarin, be able to speak, write and read.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).
- 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)
- Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred.
- Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
- Call center experience preferrable.
- Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
- Schedule availability.
- Restaurant industry familiarity preferrable.
- Possess minimum Diploma/ Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree or any equivalent certificate in any field; and possibly considerably with at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with relevant work experience in a Contact Centre environment or customer service experience.
- Both Fresh Graduates and Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
