Qualification:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
Strong knowledge of telecommunication and security systems.
Familiarity with security technologies, including Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.

As a DevOps Engineer you will play a crucial role in
providing second and third-level operational support on a day-to-day basis.
Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving incidents that have not been addressed by lower support levels. You should be having
knowledge in operate in Openshift Linux environment, Unix command and good in SQL language
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with other IT support teams and specialists when necessary to troubleshoot and find effective solutions.
Engage with vendors to address firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other technology-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and updates.
Serve as the go-to expert for any issues related to telecommunication and security systems within the DHL Group environment. Your expertise will be essential in managing, proposing, and implementing necessary changes to production security devices across all IT Services Data Centers and premises, ensuring global availability of key DHL Group services.
Technology Support: Provide support for a range of security technologies, including Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
