Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hotel\'s digital marketing strategy, including website development, search engine optimization, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze website and social media metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
• Develop and manage the hotel\'s content marketing strategy, including creating blog posts, videos, and other content to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and revenue management, to ensure digital marketing campaigns support the hotel\'s overall business objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations to the hotel\'s leadership team on new and innovative marketing approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
