What started out as just a marketing agency is now a property technology firm with a real estate agency.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director, Business Development to join our team. The Associate Director, Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our business and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on business development initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and metrics to track progress and success.
- Bachelor\'s degree
- At least 3-5 years working experience in the real estate or related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the real estate space
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
